dreadful book,
save you eyes for a better book. I don’t know what the other reviewers read, but it was not this book. Just terrible!

|A tale that could be converted into a classic,
From Beyond Space and Time is about an entity, from beyond the boundaries of space and time, which enters the universe – at a gateway, at the centre of the universe – in its form of spacecraft (which has a small flying saucer shape – but, with its force field on, resembles a block of black marble) – and it takes the form of a life form (super-being), which it invents – and travels on a voyage to the far reaches of the universe, collecting unique alien species (with unheard of capabilities), which it detects and places in suspended animation (before it analyses and releases), but, on its exploration of the galaxy, crashes into the surface of the Earth.
For millions of years it remains in suspended animation, waiting to be revived…Millions of years on, when scientists and archaeologist are having beneath the surface of the Earth scanned and mapped, with a new underground surveillance technology, an archaeologist, called Professor Farrell, discovers a creature, which he thinks is a preserved fossil, in a chamber, beneath the ruins of an ancient castle, over a sea cliff, in Cornwall.
In a cave beneath the castle, he discovers a form of animal, resembling a monster, which is preserved by some means not understood by him. He takes it to be an unknown species – but it is one of the alien creatures that were captured and positioned in suspended animation on the entity’s form of spacecraft, before it crashed. Once the archaeologists commence digging it up, they learn the other creatures buried in the surrounding rock – and that they cannot remove them – and that they can only remove the entire area beneath them.
They take it to London, on a ship, everywhere they learn that it is far more than they thought! A group of scientists conduct experiments on the creatures, and subject them to the most commanding forces known to remove them – but their experiments cannot even mark them, with its force field on, and the professor has the remainder of the marble erased, about the object, to place them in a museum. They slowly unveil the weird, perfectly symmetrical, black object beneath the creatures! In the museum, the mechanism to open the entrance is unknowingly activated, and the small hole that mysteriously appears in it reveals that it is a form of alien spacecraft.
A silver sphere in it gives out telepathic visions of the records of its voyage. It produces visions from beyond the galaxy stars. A map of the universe shows them the course that it took. It starts at a place at the center of the universe, which it refers to as the center of space. Another silver sphere gives them telepathic hegemony of its form of spacecraft, and they learn many of its functions, including that it has reproduction intelligence.
Spies, thinking that it is a new form of secret experimental stealth bomber, kidnap them with guns, to take it. Except one of them attempts to take one of their guns, and it results in a bullet hitting a vital hegemony, sending it, and all of them, hurtling up into space, towards the stars. It plunges into the stars, with them trapped on board, trying in vain to repair it. In the depths of the universe they encounter weird life forms (including one with the dimensions of a small galaxy – floating in a deep void – formed from masses of energy, left from the huge bang). It travels endlessly on, into the depths of the universe, to everywhere it came from – beyond the universe.
This is not your ordinary scifi tale. It is a tale that could be converted into a classic. The writing is well done and the plot is unique. This book is plot driven. This book did not go the direction I expected. At first I thought it was going to be a horror theme everywhere the alien monster attacked everyone in sight. The author did not take that route instead he takes readers on a long, fascinating journey.
